Brindley Pieters, P.E.

President

Brindley is a Civil Engineer with more than 45-years of experience with primary concentration in civil and structural engineering, encompassing planning and design through project administration and construction management. Brindley graduated from Howard University in 1972 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Nevada. 

Since founding BPA in 1991, Brindley remains directly involved in the preparation of all plans and contract documents, schedules and budgets for projects including highways, bridges, site plans, buildings, rapid transit, airports, and utility systems. As President of BPA, Brindley has been the driving force in developing a successful engineering firm with offices in Maitland, DeLand, Tampa, and Miami, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.
